Jamie Kuzniar

Dr. Jamie Kuzniar, founder of Elevate Eye Care + Eyewear, earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University and completed a corneal disease and contact lens residency at Indiana University. She specializes in fitting gas permeable and scleral contact lenses, myopia management, and orthokeratology design. Dr. Kuzniar has garnered numerous awards, including the Clinical Excellence in Gas Permeable Contact Lens Award, and is recognized as one of Newsweek's Top Eye Doctors in America for three consecutive years. A Fellow of the Scleral Lens Society and American Academy of Optometry, she lectures nationally on specialty contact lenses, dry eye, and keratoconus.
