Konrad Bugiera, PhD
Communications, PR & ESG Consultant. With over 15 years of experience in the consulting industry, Dr. Konrad Bugiera is an expert in strategic communications, public relations, and ESG reporting. He began his communication practitioner’s career in 2008, launching one of Poznań's first social media campaigns while at PR agency Prelite. Dr. Bugiera then worked as PR Officer at Solaris Bus & Coach, contributing to the communication efforts surrounding the launch of Poland's first electric bus. Later, as a partner at inACT Public Relations, and subsequently as the founder and owner of KBDK Konrad Bugiera Doradztwo Komunikacyjne, he developed tailored communication strategies for numerous clients.

Dr. Bugiera has worked with over 50 Polish and international brands across diverse sectors, including healthcare and optometry. He has authored or co-authored over 20 reports, which have been cited by the media more than 1,000 times.

Holding a PhD in Social Sciences, he is currently a researcher at the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He also serves as an ESG consultant at one of Poland's leading consulting firms.
