Tomasz Suliński is an experienced specialist in optometry and contactology who bridges the world of science with clinical practice and education. At Alcon, he is responsible for developing training programs and workshops that enhance optometrists' competencies in fitting contact lenses, including toric and multifocal lenses.

He is associated with the University of Warsaw, where he is pursuing a PhD and teaching contactology. His research focuses on the interactions between contact lenses and lipids, seeking new methods to optimize comfort and eye health for patients.

A member of prestigious organizations, including IACLE (International Association of Contact Lens Educators) and FBCLA (Fellow of the British Contact Lens Association), he actively works to advance the education of eye care professionals in Poland and internationally.
